Program Suspension Update
The university has suspended all Spring Semester 2021, Summer Semester 2021, and Fall Semester 2021 study abroad programs at the undergraduate College due to continuing concern with COVID-19, travel restrictions, and the health and safety of our students and faculty. This suspension includes Saint Mary’s sponsored programs, affiliated programs, and short-term faculty-led programs. We hope to restart study abroad programming in Spring Semester 2022. Please direct any questions to Tracy Lehnertz, Associate Dean of International Programs, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information on Affiliated Programs
Saint Mary’s University offers you many opportunities to study abroad through Affiliated Programs.
While some of these programs are designed for gaining greater proficiency in a foreign language, many programs do not require that you know the host country’s language. Regardless what program you chose, your time studying overseas through one of these academically rigorous programs will contribute to your personal and intellectual growth at Saint Mary’s University and prepare you for the global community.
With any of the Saint Mary’s Affiliated Programs, all Federal and State Aid (except work study) and up to $2000 in Saint Mary’s institutional aid may be applied to the program’s costs.
