Information on Affiliated Programs

Saint Mary’s University offers you many opportunities to study abroad through Affiliated Programs.

While some of these programs are designed for gaining greater proficiency in a foreign language, many programs do not require that you know the host country’s language. Regardless what program you chose, your time studying overseas through one of these academically rigorous programs will contribute to your personal and intellectual growth at Saint Mary’s University and prepare you for the global community.

For any of Saint Mary’s Affiliated Programs, all federal and state aid (except work-study) and up to $2,000 in Saint Mary’s institutional aid may be applied to a program’s costs. However, certain forms of institutional aid, including tuition remission, the Catholic Educator Promise, and the Cardinal Promise, are not eligible for this $2,000 allocation.
